As for the hair-suit conflict... It's an artistic liberty. I like him with longer hair, but the Shadow Moses sneaking suit is easier for me to draw. (And no, I don't play Ac!id... I don't have a PSP.)
I wouldn't mind a few tips, but try not to be too negative, 'kay? I'm an INFP, and don't handle criticism well. I like to think of it as a character flaw...

Yeah, I was just wondering about that suit...
Just If you want to draw realistic my tipps will be necessary... And I always avoid to be rude when I'm criticising. ^^
In this case it's just Snake's back head that bothers me a little. All in all you did a good job on this, but you kept it in your own style. If you want to be realistic as possible, the whole thing looks different (but it's also very hard to reach!)
